Before the Workshop
- Once accepted, you'll receive curated pre-reading content about AI strategies in lifecycle marketing
During the Workshop
- Presentations on customer lifecycle stages and strategies to use AI to optimise outcomes at each stage
- Discuss and brainstorm AI-driven lifecycle strategies, campaigns & capabilities with peers and mentors
- Work in small groups to solve or build a use-case using custom agents. Present to the cohort and get feedback.
- Physical certificates are awarded (and digital for Linkedln!) certifying you as an "AI customer lifecycle strategist"
After the Workshop
- Join your peers and mentors for drinks, food, and informal idea-sharing on AI - let the brainstorming continue into the evening!
