Restaurant POS and management software provider Petpooja has raised ₹137 crore ($15.5 million) in its Series C round led by Dharana Capital, with participation from Helion Ventures co-founder Ashish Gupta and Urban Company’s co-founders Abhiraj Singh Bhal and Varun Khaitan. The round values the Ahmedabad-based company at around ₹910 crore ($103 million), marking a 3.5x jump from its previous valuation. The company plans to use the funds to enhance its product portfolio, expand AI-driven automation, and strengthen customer support.
