We believe that knowledge sharing is not a zero-sum game. In fact, it has the power to unlock hidden potential and make magic happen.

When the best and the most curious minds come together, the community becomes much greater than the sum of its parts.

This is true for any discipline, but for us, it happens to be customer engagement for a couple of reasons:
1. Our parent company, MoEngage, has helped thousands of consumer brands around the globe grow and win through customer engagement. So, we know a thing or two about the topic and are passionate about helping the larger community benefit.
2. Some of us on the team – MoEngage employees and global growth leaders – are motivated to build what we wish existed when we were starting out. We’ve learned some things the hard way, but you don’t have to.

There are some great communities and courses out there on driving growth via customer acquisition. Far too many, in our opinion. There are also communities that focus on the product management aspect. And then there are some that try to do it all.

We’re hyper-focused on the customer lifecycle. We believe that the biggest growth lever is engaging and retaining existing customers. We also get that it’s hard to put this into practice. So, this practically applicable knowledge is what we want to equip our members with.

Besides, #GROWTH is driven by experts from different industries to give you a well-rounded perspective, as opposed to the personal experiences of 1-2 instructors.

You could be in a CRM, retention, growth marketing, or even a product management role. If you're responsible for driving growth in consumer-first digital products through customer engagement, you can benefit from being a part of the community. 

We invite members who can apply the knowledge they acquire here at their workplace. And we encourage them to share their findings and feedback as a way to pay it back to the community.

This community revolves specifically around growth across the customer lifecycle and is not a good fit if your definition of growth is purely acquisition or sales.

If you’re a product manager looking to improve your product or go-to-market strategy, there are plenty of PM communities for that. If you want to learn how to leverage user engagement to improve retention for your product to drive growth, hop on.

This is not suitable if you are a vendor looking to sell to members (unless members explicitly opt to evaluate you at an event that you sponsor, for instance).

The community and the certification programs are powered by experts we call #GROWTH Mentors. These are folks who have emerged as leaders in their space and are now looking to share their knowledge and expertise.

Your customers’ journey starts much before they buy from you and goes beyond repeat usage. Through these certification programs and the content library, you will learn to take a holistic view of this journey. You’ll go deeper into frameworks for customer engagement, retention, and growth.

This learning will continue as you interact with experts and peers who’ve either had experience with or are currently grappling with the problems that you’re trying to solve.

Our goal is to see you become a mentor who can lift other members who are closer to the starting point, while continually learning from other mentors and leaders.

Joining the community is absolutely free. All you need to get started is a curious mind and a willingness to grow as a customer engagement professional.  Of course, as you learn and grow, we encourage you to share that knowledge to help others along their growth journey.

From time to time, we will roll out premium programs like cohort-based courses etc. For these, we want the mentors and instructors to be valued and compensated for their time and expertise. We'll keep the community members updated whenever we launch these programs.
